For site owners

Your parking,
a charging opportunity.

For landlords, asset managers, car park operators and businesses with parking space. We assess demand, dwell time, supply and access together, then agree how the service would run.

How a site partnership works

Four stages, from first conversation to review.

This is our intended service model. Each step is agreed with the site owner before it begins.

  1. Stage 1

    Assess

Understand parking demand, dwell time, access, electrical supply and permissions.

  2. Stage 2

    Configure

Agree equipment, layout, replenishment, responsibilities and commercial terms.

  3. Stage 3

    Operate

Deploy and commission under the agreed plan, with maintenance and support responsibilities defined.

  4. Stage 4

    Review

Assess utilisation and operating results before expanding or relocating.

For site owners

A partnership built
around your site.

We propose a managed deployment with a profit-sharing arrangement rather than fixed ground rent. The basis of the calculation and how results are reported are agreed for each site, following assessment.

Responsibilities for electricity, metering, access, installation, maintenance, insurance and reporting are set out clearly for every location before anything goes ahead.

Questions

Regular parking demand, a reasonable dwell time, safe vehicle access and space to position the unit. We look at each of these together during an assessment.
